HIST 201U.S. History I (to 1877)3
Study of the political, social, and economic development of American society from about 1607 through the end of the Civil War era in 1877. Students consider native American perspectives and the interaction with Europeans. Topics include the formation and establishment of the new nation as well as the international impact of the birth of a nation.
HIST 202U.S. History II (from 1877)3
Study of the political, social and economic development of American society from the post-Civil War era to the present. Students investigate the development of a party system of government, industrial development, labor issues, the impact of the reconstruction, American involvement internationally, and the present state of American society.
HIST 207Western Civilization I3
Study of the events, peoples, groups, ideas, institutions, and trends that shaped western civilization from the prehistoric era to 1500 with focus on the interaction of Christianity and culture. Identifies and explores key Christian thinkers and movements, and their engagement with the philosophy, art, and issues of their day.

Study of the events, peoples, groups, ideas, institutions, and trends that shaped western civilization from 1500 to the present with focus on the interaction of Christianity and culture. Step 1: Apply to Regent University

Submit your application using the Regent University Online Application.

Step 2: Submit Your Unofficial Transcripts

Submit your unofficial high school or college transcripts to regent.edu/items.

Upon submitting your application, you will receive an email requesting authorization for Regent University to obtain your official transcripts from your U.S. degree-granting institution. International transcripts must be evaluated by a NACES, AACRAO or NAFSA approved agency.

Step 3: Submit Your Government-Issued ID

To ensure academic integrity, Regent University requires a copy of a government-issued ID. Please submit a scanned copy or photograph of it to regent.edu/items.

Step 4: Submit Your FAFSA

Complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at studentaid.gov Regent's school code is 030913.
