“Embarking on the Executive Mentorship Program from Albania was an exciting journey that opened doors beyond my expectations. The Executive Mentorship Program has been a catalyst for growth on both professional and personal fronts. While my mentor has been instrumental in helping me to polish my Resume and expand my professional network, our relationship goes beyond just career growth. We still maintain great contact and meet over for coffee to discuss life updates whenever he is in town. He was always very encouraging and eager to me see me succeed in all ways possible. As an Albanian navigating the professional landscape, this program has not only been a holistic experience, nurturing both my professional and personal growth , but also fostered meaningful cross-cultural connections that I deeply value.”
