Jacqueline Bruso, Ph.D.
Bio
Dr. Bruso serves as Associate Dean of Online Education for the College of Arts & Sciences. She has worked at Regent University since 1998, first with the School of Education and later with the Center for Teaching & Learning. During that time, she has been in various roles related to the design, development, and implementation of high-quality, effective online courses and programs.
Bruso received her Doctor of Philosophy in Instructional Design & Technology from Old Dominion University, and her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. Her research interests include self-regulated learning, technology integration, performance evaluation, and faculty development.
Bruso is a true native of the Hampton Roads—born and raised in the Virginia Beach area. She and her husband have three adult children, two sons and a daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, board games, church activities, and spending time with family and friends.
