Jeffrey W. Ganthner, DSL, AIA

Bio

Dr. Ganthner brings over 30 years of industry experience leading teams ranging from start-ups to 350+ members to the classroom. Starting as a successful architect and entrepreneur, he has spent the majority of his career leading and developing strong, profitable, and client-focused teams of design, construction, and technology professionals with annual projects exceeding $2 billion in value. Outside of the classroom, he serves as the faculty advisor for the Investment Club. Dr. Ganthner also serves as the Architect in Residence for Regent where he is an instrumental part of campus planning and architecture.  He has a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, a Bachelor of Architecture, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. He has a beautiful wife of 25+ years, two adult children, a daughter-in-law, and a crazy dog. He enjoys weightlifting, reading, mentoring, and serving his church. He lives in Chesapeake, VA.
