You asked and we listened! Many Regent students want to experience campus life at Regent and take flexible online classes. If you want to live in Virginia Beach, take general education courses in a face-to-face classroom on-campus, and take major courses online, then the blended-campus is for you!
On-Campus Students Can Enroll in Blended-Campus Degrees
Regent University invites on-campus students to enroll in select blended-campus degree programs, only if you want to take all major courses online. Blended-campus students may choose to live on campus, may be required to take general education and elective courses on campus, and are encouraged to participate in athletics, campus ministries, or student life activities on campus. General education courses are offered on-campus, and major courses are only offered online. Blended-campus students pay on-campus tuition and fees for all courses, regardless of campus modality. Students may enroll in the following blended-campus degrees:

- B.S. in Computer Engineering
- B.S. in Early Childhood Education

Frequently Asked Questions
Bachelor’s degree students who intend to live in Regent housing or near the Virginia Beach campus may enroll in blended-campus programs.
No. Blended-campus programs are only available to bachelor’s students who attend on-campus in Virginia Beach. Due to classroom seating capacity, blended-campus programs are limited to on-campus students at this time.
Students enrolled in blended-campus programs pay on-campus tuition and fees. See details at www.regent.edu/tuition.
Yes. The requirement for full-time enrollment in on-campus courses is modified for blended-campus students. Full-time enrollment remains required. However, that enrollment may consist of online courses, or a mixture of online and on-campus courses. On-campus housing is available for students age 17 – 29 who meet all housing criteria and are in good standing with the university. The University does not offer housing to married couples or families. More information can be found in the application for on-campus housing.
Yes. Commuter students who live off-campus can enroll in blended-campus programs.
Yes. Blended-campus students are considered by the University as fully on-campus students. Scholarships reserved for on-campus programs are therefore available to all blended-campus students who otherwise meet eligibility criteria.
Virginia residents approved for the Virginia Tuition Assistance Grant (VTAG) will be considered as regular on campus students for purposes of VTAG classification and determination of award amounts. Additional information about the VTAG program, including annual award amounts, are published at www.regent.edu/vtag.
Students utilizing the Post 9/11 GI Bill® may be eligible for Military Housing Allowance (MHA) as part of their benefits package. MHA rates are determined, in part, by the student’s eligibility percentage and enrolling at greater than halftime basis per individual enrollment period. Additionally, allowance rates are modified by the Department of Veterans Affairs based on the location of the institution’s campus. Students attending at least one on-campus course for the entirety of the semester may receive the rate associated with the campus location, otherwise the allowance will be based on ½ of the national average rate.
Yes. Students who wish to double major can only take on-campus programs in combination with their blended-campus program.
Students attending Regent University on an F-1 student visa are required to maintain full-time enrollment, primarily in on campus courses. Federal regulations limit the number of online courses F-1 students may enroll in each semester and this limitation cannot be waived due to participation in the blended-campus program.
