Regent University is proud to join forces with the Hampton Roads Navy ROTC at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va., to educate and train college students to serve their country as Navy or Marine Corps officers. With this joint agreement, students can take courses toward a Regent University undergraduate degree while fulfilling their Navy ROTC commitment with Old Dominion University (including Naval Science courses).

Apply for Navy ROTC Four-Year National Scholarship Program by July 1 between your junior and senior year of high school, but not later than January 31 of the year in which you will enter school in the fall. General eligibility requirements are:
U.S. citizen
High school graduate or equivalent
Not less than 17 years old by September 1 of year starting college and no more than 23 on December 31 of that year
SAT minimum Math 520; Critical Reading 530. ACT minimum Math 21; English 22
Have no more than 30 semester hours of college credits
Physically qualified
Morally qualified and possess officer-like qualifications and character as evidenced by appearance, academics, extracurricular activities and community involvement
If already enrolled in your first year of college, apply for Navy ROTC non-scholarship College Program by May 14 to Regent's Office of Military & Veterans Affairs. General eligibility requirements are:
U.S. citizen
At least 17 years of age but less than age 27 on December 31 of the year an applicant expects to graduate, complete all NROTC training requirements and be commissioned.
Meet physical requirements
Morally qualified and possess officer-like qualifications and character as evidenced by appearance, academics, extracurricular activities and community involvement
Admitted to Regent University as a full-time student
You Could Receive These Financial Aid Benefits
The Navy ROTC Four-Year National Scholarship Program covers four years of tuition and fees, a stipend for text books and a $250 living allowance per academic month (which increases by $50 each year). This scholarship is available for students studying in one of three areas: Navy, Marine Corps or Nursing.
