You can try using these instructions to solve this problem in IE8.

1. In the upper right corner of the Tool Bar area: Click the "Tools" link.
2. Click "Internet Options", choose the "Security" tab.
3. Uncheck the "Protected Mode" box. And then close Internet Explorer.
4. Open Internet Explorer and try to do another search.

If you still have to keep logging in:
1. In the upper right corner of the Tool Bar area: Click the "Tools" link.
2. Choose "Compatibility Mode" and try again.

If you still have issues; Please use or install the FireFox web browser.
