Celebrate African-American History Month through Film

You are invited to view four influential films to celebrate African-American History Month February 8, 15, 22 and March 1. There will be a faculty-guided discussion following each film. Each will be held in Screening Room A in the Performing Arts Center at 7:00 p.m. You are welcome to invite your family and friends - admission is free.
Feb. 8: Uptown Saturday Night - 1974 (PG)
Feb. 15: Imitation of Life - 1959(Unrated)
Feb. 22: Jumping the Broom - 2011 (PG13)
Mar. 1: In the Heat of the Night - 1967 (Unrated, suggested for mature audiences)
