(For Regular Faculty & Staff Only) This training on "Motivation, Teamwork & Attitude" will provide tips on building teamwork, motivating employees, addressing employee's attitudes, behavior, differences and personal concerns. We will also look at giving and receiving criticism and getting feedback on how you're doing as a supervisor.
