Psychological First Aid Workshop

This workshop introduces attendees to the concept of psychological first aid while teaching how to ethically and effectively deliver this approach to clients. Additionally, the workshop is designed to teach how to enhance the safety and comfort of those in a crisis situation, while offering training on how to stabilize survivors. Helpful information on how to gather information from traumatized individuals, provide practical assistance to those members, and establish connections with social supports is also provided.
