Regent University requires all first-year freshmen who will be taking classes on-campus (ages 17 to 24) and who live outside of a 25 mile radius of our campus to live on-campus in Regent Commons. Students are able to reside in campus housing during the academic year (mid-August to early May). New students are unable to start residing in campus housing beginning in the summer (May-July). Housing for new undergraduate students is typically available starting in mid-August. Students beginning classes in the middle of a semester (i.e. Sessions B & D) cannot be guaranteed campus housing as the majority of students reside on-campus from August to May which makes housing availability extremely limited. To learn more details and to ensure your undergraduate priority housing in the Commons, please visit the Freshmen Residential Admissions Deadlines page for important information and deadlines related to the freshmen residency requirement. Transfer students desiring to live on campus in the Commons should visit the Transfer Residential Admissions Deadlines page for more information.
