Graduation Preparation
Congratulations! As you are preparing for your final year at Regent University, there are several important details that you need to know to ensure your graduation process will go smoothly. Several departments across Regent University are working together to assist you in this process. Refer to the Commencement website often to find the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding graduation. If you have additional questions that you cannot find here, please contact the Registrar's Office.
Degree Application
In order to participate in the 2013 Commencement Ceremony and to officially graduate, candidates for graduation must first complete a degree application. Complete the graduation or certificate application here. The deadline for graduation applications is September 15 for fall graduates and December 1 for spring and summer graduates. A $25 late fee will be assessed on all first time applications submitted past the deadline. Information regarding degree clearance can be found here as well.
Commencement Ceremony
Commencement 2013 will be held on the Regent University campus in Virginia Beach on Saturday, May 4, 2013. The processional will begin promptly at 9:25 a.m. and the ceremony will end at approximately 11:50 a.m.
Flowers will be available for purchase on site at Commencement through the Regent Undergraduate Council. If you wish to pre-order your flowers and reserve your graduates favorite color, please click here. Questions can be directed to Spencer Saunders.
If you are graduating and are either active duty, a veteran or retired military, you and your guests are invited to visit the special hospitality tent for military graduates where refreshments will be available beginning at 8 a.m. The tent will be located adjacent to the fountain in front of the Student Services Building.

Regalia Purchase
Candidates who have been approved for graduation and participation in the 2013 Commencement ceremony must purchase regalia directly from Oak Hall. Regalia orders will be accepted from Tuesday, January 15, 2013 until Wednesday, April 3, 2013.
