Transcript Fee Schedule

For online orders: transcripts are $2.75 per copy. There is an additional service fee of $2.25 per recipient address. Additional fees apply for expedited services (see below).

For walk-in, fax or email orders: transcripts are $5.00 per copy. Additional fees apply for expedited services (see below). If unable to order online, please email registrar@regent.edu for further instructions.

All fees for expedited services are in addition to the transcript fee. To be eligible for the expedited services, transcript requests must be received by the Registrar's Office before 12:00 p.m. Eastern time.

  • Same Day Service: $5.00 Transcript is mailed the same day your request is submitted, if received by 12:00 p.m.
  • Overnight Service: $35.00 per recipient ($30.00 PLUS $5.00 same day service fee). Please note: Time of delivery cannot be guaranteed.
  • Priority Mail: $15.00 per recipient ($10.00 PLUS $5.00 same day service fee).

Note: Overnight and Priority services do not include mailing to international addresses. International rates may vary. Contact the Registrar's Office for details.

To pay your transcript fee if not ordering online, you may pay by credit card on the Business Office website using the online payment form. Please include the reference number for your online payment on the transcript request form. Do not include credit card information on the transcript request form. If making your request in person you may also pay with CASH ONLY in the Registrar's Office.

 

NOTE: The Registrar's Office cannot accept checks as a form of payment for your transcript.
