Financial Aid Programs
A grant is a form of "free" money. In other words, these funds do not require repayment. Regent University participates in several need-based federal and state-funded grant programs. Please note that not all students will be eligible for these grants. Detailed information about them is available by clicking the links provided below.
Pell Grant (Undergraduate Students Only)
The Federal Pell Grant is awarded to undergraduate students who have not previously earned a bachelor's or professional degree. The size of the award is based on the student's Expected Family Contribution (EFC) and his/her enrollment status. Undergraduate students who are enrolled full-time (12 or more hours per semester) can expect to receive 100 percent of their total Pell award. Students enrolled less than full-time will receive a prorated award based on their enrollment status.
The TEACH Grant assists students who are entering into the field of teaching. Students must agree to serve within federally mandated, specified fields of education in order to receive this grant after they have graduated. If they fail to do so, the grant may become an interest-bearing loan. To determine if you would be eligible for this grant, click on the title above.
