Summer Institute Preview

2013 International Collegiate Leadership Institute
July 8 - 19, 2013 l Regent University Campus

This global summer program will prepare participants to be groundbreaking leaders.

As the scholars of today emerge into positions of leadership, it is
important that they be prepared as leaders. Regent University created the International Collegiate Leadership Institute to teach them how to serve society with values that promote understanding among diverse cultures, perspective to address complex challenges and courage to seek what is good.

Hosted in the United States, this two-week program attracts students from many different countries and backgrounds. The institute will teach participants about leading in a global context and navigating the challenges they will encounter in that arena. Instructors use a versatile approach that combines classroom, experiential and field learning to educate participants about leadership, culture and social awareness.

Lead Instructor: Dr. Bramwell Osula

OsulaDr. Osula is active in a variety of leadership and other programs as a professor, consultant, trainend mentor. He is an applied human services practitioner with a wealth of experience that cuts across the areas of global leadership, cultural analysis, and consultant management.

 

 

Dr. Kathleen Patterson

Dr. Patterson Dr. Kathleen Patterson is noted as an expert on servant leadership and is involved in numerous consulting projects locally, nationally and abroad. She is an associate Professor at Regent University School of Business and Leadership.  As the lead instructor of this institute, Dr. Patterson will teach on leadership characteristics, design and review final assignments, as well as answer questions via email throughout the duration of the Institute.

Who can register?
People in high school or college from the age of 17 to 23 are welcome to register for the 2013 International Collegiate Leadership Institute.


How much does it cost?

Residence Price: $2,500 USD
(Includes: deposit, tuition, lodging, three meals each day, weekend trips, all institute activities, transportation)
