For anyone interested in developing the analytical skills required to make sense of complicated ideas, I encourage you to give Regent's Honors College a look. The relationships, skills and knowledge you'll gain through the discussion-based classes, and engaging assignments will benefit you in the years to come.

We are active-duty military, so finding an accredited, online university was important. With Regent, the transfer process was smooth, the curriculum is engaging, and I get to learn from professors who love God and teach with passion and expertise.

I have been praying continuously that God will make a way for me…With your aid, I am far closer to being able to afford college than I was before.

Honors College classes are much more focused on discussion and working with others to solve a problem. My experience was different from school: Instead of reading other peoples' data and writing a report on it, you're forming your own data and then reporting that.

At Regent, mentors are readily available if students seek them out. They're just waiting for you to take the initiative and ask for support. The blessings are beyond anything you could imagine.

Proverbs 27:17 states, 'Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.' That's been my Regent experience academically and relationally. I am grateful to have grown together with such amazing people.

When I think about Regent, I think about the wonderful people I met here that have supported and loved me with the love of Christ; they helped me make college a home away from my home in Guatemala.

With 30+ years of nursing experience, I saw myself as a leader, but I felt this nudging from God to go back to school. I’ve discovered my new calling: to serve as a life coach.

It is neat to see people who care about excellence but aren’t haughty about it. They approach it with humility in their academics, their spiritual lives, and each other.

At Regent, I loved the integration of Christian values that were wrapped tightly in a strong academic degree. I felt completely academically prepared to go out and help people, but I also had that very foundational core belief system that was strengthened unbelievably.

I knew Regent was a Christian university, but I wasn’t expecting the love of Christ to be so evident.

What Regent has is as close as you can get to the biblical definition of family that can be achieved at the university level...None of that would have been possible without this scholarship which would not have been possible without donors like you.

Getting a Big Idea/Dreamworks internship and working on VeggieTales in the House was a dream come true. Ultimately I want to write and direct stories, regardless of what form they take. Storytelling is what I love, and I'm so grateful Regent has helped me develop that passion.
