The purpose of the B.A. in Leadership Studies program is to graduate ethical Christian leaders that are academically & spiritually prepared to advance the development of people & organizations. The program has a strong organizational component, but also provides a broader perspective on leadership. In this Christian leadership degree, you will study topics such as decision making, conflict resolution, knowledge management, and ethics to become equipped in varied nuances of leadership that can be applied across multiple disciplines.
As you study leadership from a Christian perspective, you will acquire a strong foundational knowledge of leadership theories, concepts, and principles, and learn ways to immediately apply these in your places of influence and work. The Christian leadership degree program also offers a deep understanding of current leadership literature and subject matter. All classes are taught from a Christian perspective with biblical integration and an emphasis on ethical business practices through dialogue and projects.

Leadership Degree Highlights
On-campus courses follow an eight-week hybrid format. They meet weekly on campus but have a strong online component as well. The online and hybrid formats allow a measure of flexibility to those students who are currently working full time.
Program requires entering students to have at least two years of leadership experience or three years of work experience that have exposed the student to leaders and leadership situations.
Over 80 percent of the Leadership Studies faculty have their terminal degree and many have international backgrounds.
Internships are available through Regent’s Office of Career Services.
Graduates are prepared for management and leadership roles in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations; or to attend graduate school for future studies in either business, law or leadership programs.
