Law Faculty Borrowing Privileges

Regular Law Faculty may borrow most law library materials as follows

Circulating Print materials are due on January 5th of each year, subject to recall, with unlimited renewals, subject to verification that item still remains in the custody of the faculty member.

Non-circulating Print Materials may be borrowed for up to one week, subject to recall, and may be renewed with permission of a Reference Librarian.

Materials updated with pocketparts or other filings must be kept readily available to law library staff.

Audio-Visual Materials may be borrowed for one week, subject to recall, and may be renewed with permission of a Reference Librarian. Menefee Collection materials must be requested in advance using the online Request Form.

Adjunct Law Faculty have faculty borrowing privileges as stated above, but only for semesters in which they teach. All materials are due on the last day of exams of the semester in which they teach.
