G.A. Proxy Borrower & Copying Privileges

With the written permission of a faculty member, a graduate assistant may:

  • check-out items in the designated faculty's name
  • make copies for a faculty member or department using a Faculty Copycard
  • compile a reserve list
  • complete other tasks assigned by law faculty, staff or departments

When a G.A. checks out material for a specific faculty member, he/she will check-out the material in the faculty member's name. The faculty member will be responsible for all checked-out material.

To authorize your G.A. to act on your behalf, please complete a Graduate Assistant Proxy Borrower Form and submit it to Nikitia Powell, Access Services Supervisor, via LawRun.
