Reading with Efficiency 

We recorded Dr. Bruce Winston presenting his "Reading with Efficiency" workshop with Yvette Shepard (27:25 minutes). This video presentation is available in two formats to improve your access. The content of each file is the same. Regarding the high and low bandwidth files, high bandwidth is for fast cable modem, DSL modem or LAN connections, and low bandwidth is optimized for 56k dial-up modem connections. The audio/video quality you receive is due in part to the systems you use. If you find one option is unclear, try the other.
