The focus of the roundtables is to present and discuss contemporary research in the areas of global leadership and entrepreneurship, and papers are invited from disciplines in business, leadership, and entrepreneurship in these six roundtables: (a) biblical perspectives in leadership, (b) human resource development, (c) entrepreneurship and global business, (d) leadership and international management, (e) consulting and strategic foresight, and (f) servant leadership.

Representing the multidisciplinary fields of biblical, social-science, historical and leadership studies, the Biblical Perspectives in Leadership Research Roundtable hopes to explore, engage and extend the field of knowledge and understanding of the phenomenon of leadership as found within the contexts of the Hebrew and Christian scriptures.
