This manuscript presents a values-based leadership framework that helps leaders to enhance their influence towards personal, organizational, and national transformational emergence. The proposed framework is based on the values of Perseverance, Patriotism, Teamwork, Excellence, Foster People Development, and Innovation. Such values emerged from exploring anecdotic evidence in a diverse array of organizational, national and/or regional cases, stories or experiences around the globe coming from different industries and various cultural realities (Including USA, Singapore, South Africa, Venezuela, Chile, Ireland, Dominican Republic, and Dubai , among others). The manuscript contains seven sections. The first two introductory sections provide a basic conceptual framework for leadership and seek to facilitate its local effectiveness and its insertion into the rapid and changing global context. Its essential construct portraits that leaders shape the culture and competencies of institutions, which shape and alter the country's history and culture. Then, the third section presents values as the foundation of leadership and explores diverse values perspectives, such as: personal vs. corporate values, values as systems for transformation, personal preferences and levels of consciousness, and values changeability. Such values prism helps to explore, in the following section (fourth), the transformational stories from around the globe in the quest for a leadership framework that is values-based and can help leadership to endure. The fifth and sixth section integrates and subsequently describes the six values conforming t h e leadership framework. In the last section, the manuscript refers to the relevance of infusing the leadership framework through purposeful educational efforts to generate a highly integrated scheme of values in leaders that may facilitate a morally relevant splendor that is inspiring (worth replicating by followers) and redemptive (as it generates organizational and cultural transformations).
