Course Map: M.A. in Organizational Leadership

All students pursuing the M.A. in Organizational Leadership (MOL) must successfully (cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher) complete 33 credit hours as listed below to be awarded the degree:

  • 21 credit hours of required core courses
  • 9 credit hours of concentration electives
  • 3 credit hours of culminating experience (to be taken toward the end of the program)

The M.A. in Organizational Leadership program features 8-week courses, offering much flexibility in developing your course schedule.  You must complete all program requirements (33 credit hours) within 5 years from the first term of enrollment. One 3-credits hour course will require about 15-18 hours of work per week. The 8-week courses may be taken simultaneously or concurrently within each semester.
