Online Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership: Organizational Leadership Major — Pre 2013

A rigorous and comprehensive study of organizational leadership and the many associated disciplines comprising this multidisciplinary field, the Organizational Leadership major prepares doctoral students to take their commitment to principled leadership to the world, influencing the field of leadership through scholarly research, academia and other influential positions.

The Organizational Leadership major uses an educational model that incorporates interaction with an instructor and other students.

As a Ph.D. student enrolled in the Organizational Leadership major, you will design, conduct and write:

  • Qualitative research in organizational leadership.
  • Quantitative research in organizational leadership.
