Certificate Programs Overview
Regent's certificate programs provide those with a completed bachelor's or master's degree with the opportunity to enhance their professional expertise by focusing on contemporary leadership concepts, practical application and research that are blended with Christ-first principles.
Starting Fall 2015, the Certificate of Graduate Studies in Franchising is the first of its kind and is designed to equip students with a foundational understanding of all aspects of franchising that prepares graduates to pursue a wide range of careers in franchising, including franchisee, multi-unit operator, area developer, franchisor employee, service provider to the franchising industry, and franchisor.
The Certificate of Graduate Studies in Leadership is designed to enhance the leadership abilities of the bachelor's degree graduate. The Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study is granted to doctoral students who have completed the first 30 credit hours of either the Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership or the Doctor of Strategic Leadership program at Regent, providing a solid foundational understanding of leadership that enables students to positively influence organizations and continue doctoral study in the School of Business & Leadership. The Certificate of Post-Doctoral Studies in Organizational Leadership provides an avenue for those with a doctoral degree in a field other than organizational leadership to enhance their base of knowledge and research.
