We are excited that you are considering Regent University 's School of Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship as the place to pursue your doctoral education.

The application process consists of six steps that must be completed prior to the deadline.

Applicants to our doctoral degree programs must have earned a master's degree from a regionally accredited institution OR an equivalent degree from a foreign institution, as evaluated by a credential evaluating agency.
NOTE:  all new doctoral students must begin their program in the Summer term

Admission FAQ
 
1. Application Form
To apply online, you will need to create a login ID and six-digit PIN to access our Genisys system. The login ID and PIN allow you to save your application so you can view or edit it at a later time.
 
2. $50 Application Fee
Your application will be considered official in our system once we have received the application fee. For your convenience, you may pay your non-refundable application fee online or by mail using a check.
 
3. Professional Resume
Provide an updated copy of your professional resume or curriculum vitae that includes:
  • Employment history with details of leadership responsibilities, skill sets and results (the committee looks at both quantity and quality of responsibilities)
  • School, community and church leadership positions (the committee looks at both quantity and quality of positions)
  • Service activities in which you have been involved
  • Academic and non-academic honors and distinctions you have received
Your resume should be e-mailed directly to the Admissions Office at globaladmissions@regent.edu.
 
4. Admissions Essay
Your admissions essay should be e-mailed directly to the Admissions Office at globaladmissions@regent.eduClick here for guidelines on writing your essay.

Writing Sample
Provide a separate writing sample. Writing samples play an important role in helping the Admissions Committee evaluate a doctoral applicant's research, writing, analytical and problem-solving skills. Click here for the writing sample guidelines. Your writing sample should be e-mailed directly to the Admissions Office at globaladmissions@regent.edu.

 
6. Official Transcripts
You are required to send official transcripts that represent all college credits you have ever received, even if credits were transferred into another institution. Official transcripts need to be mailed directly to Regent University from each institution in a sealed envelope. Download the Transcript Request Form.
