Regent's certificate and post-doctoral certificate programs provide those with a completed bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree with the opportunity to enhance their professional expertise by focusing on contemporary leadership concepts, practical application and research that are blended with Christ-first principles.

Certificate Programs – Admission Requirements >>

  • The Certificate of Graduate Studies in Leadership is offered via the Internet from start to completion. No on-campus residency is required. Students interact and attend classes online through threaded discussions, email, audio and video computer-based presentations and electronic information access. Conducted online, the Certificate of Graduate Studies in Leadership uses the autonomous learning model that requires students to learn independently, but not alone.
  • The Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies is offered via the Internet and uses the autonomous learning model that requires students to learn independently, but not alone. Our values-oriented educational perspective is based on a Biblical foundation and Christian worldview, providing a substantive distinctive in this program. To receive the Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies, students must apply to and obtain acceptance into either the Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership or the Doctor of Strategic Leadership program. Furthermore, students must complete a minimum of 30 core credits.

Post–Doctoral Certificate Program – Admission Requirements >>

  • The Certificate of Post-Doctoral Studies in Organizational Leadership provides an avenue for those with a doctoral degree in a field other than organizational leadership to enhance their base of knowledge and research. Students enrolled in this post-doctoral certificate complete two required doctoral-level organizational leadership courses and four three-credit-hour doctoral major courses from one of four majors: Ecclesial Leadership, Entrepreneurial Leadership, Human Resource Development and Organizational Leadership, enabling them to focus their studies to most benefit their field of expertise.
