OL Course Map
A rigorous and comprehensive study of organizational leadership and the many associated disciplines comprising this multidisciplinary field, the Organizational Leadership major prepares students to influence the field of leadership through scholarly research, academia and other influential leadership positions. Within limits, students tailor their coursework to their individual goals and dissertation research. The Organizational Leadership major uses a cohort model that incorporates interaction with an instructor and other students.
