Student Profile Our students are professionally, ethnically and denominationally diverse and understand the importance of transforming lives, as well as organizations, through ethical and values-based leadership. Representing a wealth of diversity, our students embrace the many opportunities to interact with peers in group projects and online discussions. This interactive process allows students to naturally grow as they encounter ideas, people and experiences different from their own. Firmly grounded in Judeo-Christian values, our students and alumni are leaders who represent a remarkably broad spectrum of industries and a wide range of organizations around the world, including government, entrepreneurial companies, education, nonprofit organizations and ministries. Most of our students are mid-career professionals, committed to embracing the rigors of a life-changing graduate program. They have distinguished themselves as emerging leaders in a number of fields, serving in a variety of positions, including many prominent organizations.
