The School of Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship is led by Dr. Bruce Winston who has been with Regent University since 1991. In addition to his administrative and academic duties as dean, he teaches in the GLE doctoral programs and is active in GLE's seminars and conferences.
Dr. Winston's research interests include servant leadership, organizational development and transformation, leadership development, distance education and technology in higher education. With previous experience as a business owner, educator and consultant, Dr. Winston has authored and co-authored numerous articles as well as several books including Be a Leader for God’s Sake and The Word on Management. Dr. Winston is also a popular speaker in the U.S., Canada, Europe and South Africa as he skillfully aligns biblical principles with marketplace application to equip leaders and followers for success.
