Qualified and called. The faculty of the School of Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship represent a diverse set of educators representing some of the nation’s top academic institutions. Along with their professional qualifications, they also possess real-world consulting experience, international influence and are advancing critical research agendas in their field. Most importantly however, our faculty have a distinct calling that has drawn them to Regent University to help train Christian leaders to change the world.

Kathleen Patterson, Ph.D.
Dr. Patterson is one of the world’s leading authorities on the subject of servant leadership and has had her works cited in the research conducted by others. She has also served as the keynote speaker at academic conferences worldwide including Korea, Amsterdam and Jamaica.
Gregory Stone, Ph.D.
As a developer of leaders, Dr. Stone has been the primary force behind the university’s Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) team – winning the regional competition every year since its inception. He is also an award winning author and a Sam M. Walton Free Enterprise Fellow.
Paul Carr, Ed.D.
Dr. Carr has provided consulting to Domino’s Pizza, Godiva Chocolatier, George Washington University and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization. His research has been published in leading academic journals including International Journal of Self-Directed Learning, Adult Education Quarterly and Global CEO Journal.
