Utilizing a format similar to the Bravo Cable channel show “Behind the Actor’s Studio,” the School of Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship has developed an innovative approach to capture and disseminate the key principles of successful entrepreneurs – in their own words.

Recorded live within the studios of Regent University, the E-Guild interviewer leads the guest through a series of questions that allow the entrepreneur to present the key business and leadership principles that fostered their success. This is followed by a second set of questions that focus on how the entrepreneur’s relationship with God impacted and shaped their decisions. After the structured interview sessions, questions are taken from the audience.

To date, the school has produced eight E-Guild episodes (view recorded interviews >>) and wishes to produce 10 to 20 more per year. Filmed in a video format, recorded episodes are intended to be integrated within the MBA program and available to other aspiring entrepreneurs through online downloads, iPods and even new generation cell phones.

Costs are about $11,000 per episode with annual costs estimated at $280,000. Ideally, the E-Guild should be a continuing resource. An endowment of $1 million would allow us to produce four to five new episodes each year in perpetuity.
